About AayurAahaar
AayurAahaar was born out of Prajakta’s deep desire to help people heal and find balance through their relationship with food. Her own struggles with PCOD and hormonal imbalances began in her teens, creating years of health challenges that ultimately led her to Ayurveda.
Through mindful nutrition and lifestyle changes, she was able to naturally reverse these conditions, and it is her mission to share this transformative approach with others — especially young women stepping into womanhood who may feel overwhelmed by diet culture.
In her practice, Prajakta focuses on alleviating the stress and confusion that many face around food. Extreme dieting, food anxieties, and the endless tide of conflicting information make nutrition feel complicated and daunting. AayurAahaar simplifies this journey, helping people approach eating as an enjoyable, nurturing experience. To Prajakta, food should never be a source of stress; instead, it should be a celebration of life that supports our well-being.
